Brexit chapter one, what next?
Whatever one’s views are on British Politics, the one thing that the recent election result has given us is a clear view of the Government’s direction. We do know that as of the 31st of January 2020 the UK will be leaving the EU and that nothing will change before the end of the implementation period on December 31st 2020 during which time the UK will be negotiating its future relationship with the EU and EASA; a process that may take several years to complete.
As mentioned before, Cameron Balloons has put in place contingency plans with EASA to provide continuity should the UK leave EASA at the end of the implementation period.
Cameron Balloons will continue to honour our agreement to pay any Import Tariffs as a result of Brexit, for balloons ordered before any Trade Agreement is concluded.
